On July 4th Karen, her Mum and I fly out to America for a holiday. The overall plan is as follows:
- July 4 - Fly from Manchester to Denver (via Philadelphia)
- Stay two nights in Denver, Colorado
- July 6 - Drive to and stay one night in Manitou Springs, Colorado
- July 7 - Drive to and stay one night in Glenwood Springs, Colorado
- July 8 - Drive to and stay two nights in Moab, Utah
- July 9 - Day in Arches National Park
- July 10 - Drive to and stay one night in Monument Valley, Utah
- July 11 - Drive to and stay one night in Flagstaff, Arizona
- July 12 - Drive to and stay one night in Kingman, Arizona
- July 13 - Drive to and stay three nights in Las Vegas, Nevada.
- July 14 - Trip to Grand Canyon
- July 15 - Las Vegas Show Night
- July 16 - Fly to San Francisco, California
- July 17 to July 20 - Time to explore San Francisco and surroundings.
- July 21 - Flight from San Francisco to Manchester (via Philadelphia)
- July 22 - Arrive back at Manchester after overnight flight.
